Trump Wins The Presidential Elections

The above picture shows how the US presidential elections panned out on the final day; with Trump emerging victorious and his head held high .Pollsters and poll aggregators predicted a Clinton win on election day.

By the time polls opened on the East Coast, FiveThirtyEight gave Clinton a 70% chance of winning, the Upshot at the New York Times gave her a 84% chance, and the Huffington Post predicted Clinton had a 98.2% chance. The major factor that governs the result of a presidential election is the performance of the candidates in the swing states . Swing states are states which can be won by any presidential candidate in the elections and have no favourites whatsoever.

Till the very last day it was Clinton who seemed to have it in her bag , little did anyone know that Mr. Trump would snatch it at the last moment with Ohio in his wallet .After all this ,Trump starts to go back on his campaign promises , and that too really fast .

Only time will tell whether America will be able to come out of this alive . Till then , as the Americans’ say it – “God Bless America”.

Now all of these renowned organisations backing Clinton on one side and the famous American cartoon series-“the Simpsons” on the other hand, had some different views regarding the future of the Land of Opportunity .Not only did they predict Trump’s win , they even predicted the electoral map .
